Therapy can be a place to slow down and begin to see the patterns and messages that shape how we live our lives. These may be learned from past traumas, our upbringing, or our relationships and experiences. Together we will dive into understanding the why behind what you do and begin to bring healing and change!
In our work together, my goal is for you to feel deeply seen, safe, and cared for—without judgment. I believe real change happens when we can gently explore what’s beneath the surface, while also building new ways of responding that align with who you want to be.
I love working with teens and adults from any and all backgrounds. I am also passionate about helping people in church or ministry contexts, especially those serving overseas.
Some modalities I most commonly use include: Internal Family Systems (IFS), Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Expressive Arts. If you don’t know what those are, no problem! We’ll start by getting to know you and your story.
I really look forward to getting to know you!
