Brianna Arnold

Marriage and Family Counselor in Colorado Springs

MFT, Colorado

Bri is a Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate (MFTC) in Colorado Springs. She is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families strengthen their relationships, heal from difficult experiences, and create lasting, meaningful change. Bri believes that healing happens through safe, authentic connection and strives to create a warm, collaborative environment where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and accepted.

Her therapeutic approach is grounded in a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and systemic perspective, recognizing that our relationships, family dynamics, and life experiences all shape how we think, feel, and connect with others. Rather than viewing problems in isolation, Bri helps clients understand the patterns that keep them feeling stuck while building on the resilience and strengths they already possess.

Bri enjoys working with adults, adolescents, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship conflict, communication difficulties, family stress, and the lasting effects of trauma. She believes that every person has the capacity for growth and healing when given the right support and tools.

When working with couples, Bri incorporates Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and The Gottman Method to help partners move beyond cycles of conflict, rebuild trust, improve communication, deepen emotional intimacy, and strengthen their friendship. She helps couples identify the negative interaction patterns that create distance while learning healthier ways to express needs, respond with empathy, and create greater emotional security. Whether couples are navigating premarital concerns, parenting stress, recurring conflict, or recovering from relationship injuries, Bri provides a supportive space for both partners to feel understood and connected.

In her work with families, Bri utilizes systemic and attachment-based approaches to improve communication, reduce conflict, strengthen family relationships, and foster healthier patterns of connection across generations. She believes families thrive when each member feels valued, understood, and empowered to contribute to positive change.

Bri integrates evidence-based approaches tailored to each client's unique needs, helping individuals develop greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, practical coping skills, and hope for the future. She works alongside clients at their own pace, honoring their experiences while encouraging growth that feels both meaningful and sustainable.

Outside of the therapy room, Bri enjoys traveling, spending time in nature, singing karaoke, exploring new restaurants, and relaxing with her cat, Chunks. She brings warmth, curiosity, authenticity, and genuine compassion into every session and considers it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they pursue healing, stronger relationships, and a more fulfilling life.
