Are you feeling overwhelmed by stress, stuck in memories from the past, or struggling to “move on” when others expect you to? Whether you are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or family stress, therapy can be a powerful tool to help you move forward with clarity and confidence. I work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the lasting impact of difficult or painful experiences, helping you make sense of what you are going through and find a path forward. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based strategies, and trauma-informed care to support meaningful and lasting change.

Your story matters. The experiences you have lived through shape not only how you see the world, but how your mind and body respond to it. Anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or feeling stuck are not signs of failure, but often reflect patterns formed through past experiences, biology, and attachment relationships. Together, we will explore how your history, relationships, and nervous system interact, so we can begin to create new patterns that support safety, connection, and growth.

In addition to my clinical work, I have experience serving as a victim advocate with TESSA, supporting individuals impacted by domestic violence and trauma. This work has deepened my understanding of the complexities of trauma, safety, and healing, and informs the way I approach therapy with compassion, respect, and a strong emphasis on empowerment.

I strive to create a trusting, judgment-free relationship where you feel safe to be fully yourself. Together, we will identify what you need to reach your goals and begin addressing the patterns or barriers that have kept you feeling stuck. You have the capacity to experience meaningful change, and therapy can be a place of support, growth, and relief as we work toward healing and lasting progress.
