Elizabeth Gueck

Counselor in Colorado Springs

MA, LPCC, Colorado

Lizzy is a warm, relational therapist who believes healing unfolds through authentic connection and gentle, attuned guidance. As a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate in Colorado, she blends psychodynamic understanding, existential exploration, Internal Family Systems (IFS) language, and evidence-based tools—including CBT and DBT skills—to support both teens and adults in meaningful growth.

Lizzy brings a calm, grounding presence to the therapy room, creating a space where clients can explore their emotions, stories, and inner parts with compassion. She works with adolescents navigating anxiety, identity development, emotion regulation, and stressful transitions, as well as adults processing trauma, relationship patterns, faith or family-system shifts, and seasons of self-doubt.

With a background in yoga and mind-body wellness, Lizzy often integrates mindfulness, somatic awareness, and breathwork for clients who benefit from a more holistic approach. She values meeting clients exactly where they are—offering both structure and creativity—while helping them build insight, develop coping skills, and reconnect with the parts of themselves that feel resilient, capable, and worthy.

When she’s not in the therapy room, Lizzy enjoys cooking and hosting game nights with family, strength training and practicing yoga at the gym, and exploring everything Colorado Springs has to offer—from local trails to new coffee shops.
