I believe that people are generally doing the best they can with what they have experienced and learned. When life becomes difficult to navigate or impacts our ability to experience the life we want, those struggles are often connected to the experiences and relationships that have shaped us. Experiencing trauma is not your fault. While healing is ultimately your journey, you do not have to walk it alone. I believe that you are capable of healing, finding wholeness and meaning, and experiencing joy, and I would be honored to support you along the way.

I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in both school-based and clinic-based settings. My therapeutic style is shaped by professional training as well as my own lived experiences of harm and healing. I am passionate about providing person-centered, attachment-based care and creating a therapeutic relationship where clients feel seen, understood, and supported. I strive to create an affirming and inclusive space for clients of all identities, including LGBTQ+ clients, where they can explore their experiences and relationships without fear of judgment.

I enjoy working with individuals and families navigating experiences such as trauma, grief and loss, abuse, spiritual or religious harm, depression, and anxiety. I use a trauma-informed, evidence-based approach and draw from modalities including Internal Family Systems (IFS), child-centered play therapy, DBT and CBT skills, Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). Together, we will collaboratively determine what approaches best fit your needs and goals. My hope is to help you process impactful experiences, heal relational wounds, develop healthier ways of relating to yourself and others, and create meaningful change in your life.

Outside of work, I prioritize spending time with my three children. I also enjoy aerial gymnastics, reading, and baking.
