At Dynamic Counseling, we believe that mental health care should be accessible, supportive, and as stress-free as possible. That’s why we take the hassle out of insurance by billing directly on your behalf.

We Handle the Paperwork
We know how overwhelming it can be to navigate insurance claims while managing your mental health. Our administrative team works with your insurance provider so you don’t have to worry about submitting claims, following up, or wondering what’s covered. From your first session to ongoing care, we’re here to make the process smooth and transparent.

How It Works

We can provide our best estimate of your costs based on the information your insurance company provides in the provider portal.

After each session, we’ll submit the necessary paperwork directly to your insurance company. You won’t have to lift a finger.

If there’s a copay, coinsurance, or deductible, we’ll let you know in 1-2 weeks after the initial session and keep things clear.

Accepted Insurance Plans
We’re in-network with many major insurance providers, and we’re happy to check your coverage. If we’re out-of-network, we’ll let you know your options and may still be able to bill on your behalf or help you get reimbursed.
