Do you or your child feel overwhelmed by big emotions, anxiety, or the challenges that come with growing and navigating life? Reaching out for therapy can feel scary or uncomfortable, especially when you’re unsure what to expect. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where children, teens, and young adults feel safe being themselves, exploring their experiences, and working toward meaningful change.

I support children, teens, and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, emotional regulation challenges, identity exploration, and life transitions. I believe every person has a unique story, and I strive to meet each client where they are with compassion, curiosity, and understanding.

My approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, recognizing that each individual’s experiences, emotions, and needs are different. I use play therapy to help children express their feelings, explore their experiences, and communicate in ways that feel natural to them. Through play and sandtray therapy, children can work through difficult emotions, develop self-awareness, and build confidence in a safe and supportive environment. With teens and young adults, I take a collaborative approach that encourages self-discovery, emotional awareness, and the development of healthier coping skills and relationships.

I also incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills to support emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. As an EMDR-trained therapist, I bring a trauma-informed perspective to my work, helping clients explore difficult experiences and move toward healing at a pace that feels safe and manageable. I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and I tailor my approach to each client's individual needs, strengths, and goals.
I understand that taking the first step toward therapy can feel uncertain, whether you’re seeking support for yourself or your child. You don’t have to navigate those feelings alone. Please feel free to reach out with any questions you may have about the therapy process. I would be honored to support you or your child along the way.
