To reschedule an appointment:
Please contact your therapist directly. Texts are preferred as therapists are often in session. Please remember that within 24 hours, there is a $100 fee* or attendance policy** (Medicaid).

*We understand that life happens and schedules can change. Your clinician sets aside this time specifically for you, and many have waiting lists for appointments. When cancellations occur within 24 hours, it is often not possible to offer that time to another client. We kindly ask that you be mindful of your clinician’s time when scheduling or canceling appointments. If you have any questions, please refer to the Practice Policy form signed at intake, which is available in your Simple Practice portal.
**Medicaid attendance policy states that after 3 late cancellations, clients may be discharged.
