Are you navigating anxiety, depression, or trauma while trying to keep your life together? Maybe you’re a teen or young adult carrying a lot of pressure. Maybe you’re part of the LGBTQ+ community and looking for support that actually feels safe, Or maybe you’re a parent trying to help your child through big emotions, ADHD, or a difficult transition. You might even be in pregnancy or postpartum and wondering why this feels harder than expected.

Wherever you are, you don’t have to do this alone.

I believe you already have strengths within you. My role is to help you see them more clearly and learn how to use them. Together, we look at what is going on in your life, your relationships, and your environment, and we build something more steady and sustainable from there.

I work with children, teens, and young adults, helping them navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and ADHD. I care deeply about helping kids and adolescents find a healthier balance between caring for themselves and pursuing the things that matter to them. I also support parents during pregnancy and the postpartum season, which can feel overwhelming and isolating.

I am committed to providing affirming care for members of the LGBTQ+ community, as well as clients who identify as Christian, Buddhist, or spiritual.

I offer afternoon and evening appointments to fit the needs of kids, teens, and families.

My approach is practical, relational, and tailored to each person. I use evidence based therapies like CBT, DBT, IFS, ACT, and somatic work, along with play therapy that may include art, music, or whatever helps your child engage. I also offer walk and talk therapy for those who feel more at ease moving or being outside.

Therapy does not have to feel heavy all the time. Humor and lightness can be part of the process too.

If you or your child are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or ADHD, I would be honored to walk alongside you and help you move toward something more grounded, connected, and hopeful.
